Shipping

Orders leave our facility within 1–5 business days of your purchase date.
If your order ships earlier, a shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be emailed to the address you provided at checkout.

No tracking by the 5th business day?

Past 5 business days from the order date

If your order hasn’t shipped by the 6th business day, our dedicated Team has already flagged and escalated the delay to our Fulfillment Team.
Please allow 3 additional business days for us to provide your tracking number.

Typical delivery windows: 7–20 business days (US) and 10–25 business days (International).

Why tracking might not show updates

The first scan can occur only upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination—common during high-volume periods when parcels are processed in bulk. Until this scan, the carrier may not show receipt.
In some cases, the first scan doesn’t occur until delivery.
There may be delays in the tracking database updating.
Certain services (e.g., Standard International) may not be trackable. Your parcel should still arrive on or before the 20th (US) or 25th (International) business day.

Beyond the stated windows

After 20 business days (US) or 25 business days (International): If tracking hasn’t changed, allow 5 more business days; most packages arrive shortly after the standard window.
After 30 business days (US) or 35 business days (International): As a small business, we understand the concern. Our team actively monitors such delays and has escalated them to the Fulfillment Manager. Please give us 2–5 business days to investigate; we’ll follow up by email.

Delivery estimates = estimated ship date + transit time.
Transit time depends on the shipping speed you select and is measured in business days. Saturdays and Sundays usually don’t count unless a weekend delivery option is selected at checkout. Holidays are also considered.
Some pages may show an “order within” countdown indicating the window to place your order to receive it by a specific date. That date can change until your order is placed. Your order confirmation email will show the confirmed delivery date.

Orders sent via free shipping arrive within 7–25 business days.
Because we use the most cost-efficient method to offer free shipping, dispatch may occasionally take a bit longer—but we will ship in time for delivery within 7–25 business days.

To keep prices affordable, we seldom offer expedited shipping.
If it appears on the Shipping/Checkout page, expected delivery is 7–15 business days (US) and 10–20 business days (International).
